Require SIP Credential like SIP User Name ( Extension Number ) , Password, port and domain or PBX IP from VoIP Provider.
PBX Should Be on Public or Live Server.
Support All SIP Based PBX .
After Successfully Login Please Note your Company ID .
If User have Sip Credential like: sip:email@example.com:5060 or if he has User name like 100.
Extension number is 100.
Enter CRM URL, Admin User Name and Password as Display in Image Which will be use for call logs integration with crm
Go to Login Page of Phone
Fill appropriate Details as shown here
After LogIn User Have to Fill PBX Info
After Successfully Registration User will get following Screen.
Go to chrome web store
Configure Sip Click To Call Phone Extension
Click on Phone Icon It will open following Set up window .
Fill Information and Click on Set-up. It will open following window.
To get the Company Code, Click Here , login with your Credential Or Do Register Yourself, if you dont have Credentials.
Goto : Profile > Company ID.
User need to fill following details and save configuration. .
